Bifrost Gate HOA Meeting
October 21, 2023, at noon, via Webex
1) Call Meeting to Order/Introduction of Officers/Guests (Tara)
2) Reading/Approval of last annual meeting Minutes
- Special meeting in March 2023. Last years' annual meeting had no quorum so was town hall only.
3) Treasurer's Report (Peter)
- Review 2023 year-to-date
- Present the 2024 Board-Approved Operating Budget
4) HOA Manager’s Report (MyHOA-Online.com LLC) (Eydie)
- Mailbox vandalized was replaced, pending insurance check
- Tree replacement and sidewalk repairs delayed - city to repair in 2024, trees already removed and replaced
- Irrigation repairs
- Play structure inspections and repairs/replacements planned for 2023, 2024
5) Old Business
- Compliance enforcement changed in 2023 again - now done by board again, new rules and regs to clarify CCRs to be mailed out by year-end
- Collections regressed from last year, now 10 in arears instead of 2.
- Monument put on hold again
- Additional split rail additions still on hold
- Future landscaping at entrance still on hold
6) New Business
- 2024 Budget Ratification--automatically ratified without 51% opposing
- Vote to waive audit for 2023--no vote could be taken so there will be an audit
- Elections for 2 expiring board positions--no vote could be held, and nobody else wanted to volunteer so all directors agreed to stay on in same seats and roles until next annual meeting
