Reviewed and voted to ratify Board Meeting Minutes from 7-11-23, approved by vote 3-0

Review of community financials to include current expenses and budget, estimated and actual

Review of outstanding community issues to include CC&R violations

Main community park playground equipment, removal of old and installation of new equipment October 2023

Review of new business:

Review and approval by vote 3-0 of 2024 budget/meeting notice and agenda

Review of Bifrost Gate HOA community rules, vote 3-0 to move forward with legal review of final draft and fine/fee schedule

Irrigation at main park, vote 3-0 to move forward with second estimate to have broken irrigation fixed and/or replaced as necessary

Review of all passed/failed votes completed via online issue on community website from 6-6-23 through 10-9-23
